Is there any one time setup fee or hidden costs?

No, there is no one time setup fee and any hidden costs. You only pay a monthly subscription fees and additional hours if required for the plan you choose from the Plans & Pricing webpage.

Who is the Dedicated Assistant (DA)?

Your DA is your personal assistant dealing with all your requests you submit to us. It will be processed by the team of specialists in the Research & Analysis Department of SpendHour. When you have a special task or deep research on a particular subject, your DA will forward that task to the skilled research team and guide them until completion.

What kind of tasks can I request?

You can submit any kind of task like scheduling appointments, online research, purchases, paying county taxes and bills, travel planning, daily recurring work such as checking emails, sending out email templates, processing your orders received on e-commerce website.

What if I run out of available hours in a month?

If you ever run out of allotted hours in a month, you can always continue the work on additional hour’s rate or you can ask us to upgrade your plan anytime.

What happens to the hours remaining at the end of the billing cycle?

The hours roll over will be as per the condition of the plan you have selected.

What happens to the tasks in progress when the billing fails?

Your account goes on probation. We will not continue the work unless the payment details are updated into the portal and the same is charged.

How does a recurring task work?

Such tasks are performed either daily or on a specific date as per your criteria. We have the dashboard system with the advance features that lets us schedule such tasks that are handled by your personal assistants at the respective times. You will never need to follow up with those tasks!

Can I get the refund for the unused hours?

We do not have refund policy. You need to utilize the hours before your billing cycle.

Can I cancel the services anytime?

Yes, you can cancel your services anytime by simply sending us the email or by clicking on the Unsubscribe button on the portal. Your account won’t be charged once you unsubscribe the services. However, you would be eligible to use the remaining hours of that month until the billing date. Please make sure you do so before your next billing date.

Which countries does SpendHour provide the services?

We provide the services to the customer of any country but the requests submitted must be in English language.
